Infusing water with fruit (or veg) is a great way to get plenty of fluids, make it tastier and also get some extra vitamins! All that and without the downside of excess calories, sugars, and artificial flavourings (what’s not to love?).
You’re going to need an infused water bottle, as having the infusing chamber helps to stop the fruit going everywhere and filters out the broken down fruit.

Refreshing Lemon + Lime
This classic combo is not only deliciously refreshing but also has some great benefits too. Lemons help to aid digestion (and also freshen breath), while limes are an excellent anti-ageing weapon due to their restorative properties for hair, skin, and nails.
Ingredients
1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of a lime
Method
- Remove skin from lemons & limes (this makes them bitter), then cut into small chunks
- Place into infusing chamber & fill bottle with water
- Leave overnight in the fridge (or for 24 hours to increase strength)
- Enjoy!
Delicious Raspberry + Lemon
The sweet raspberry goes perfectly with the tangy lemon to make this combo delightfully drinkable. As well as getting the digestive benefits we mentioned earlier from the lemon, the raspberries also offer anti-inflammatory properties to this drink!

Quick Tip: One fruit to steer clear of trying to infuse is kiwi, as this takes a long time to get any flavour from and is generally a bit of a mess.
